Those outside of Atlanta will travel in on March 18, 2026 and return home at the end of HBCU Aware Fest. Organizers will cover these expenses: air transportation, hotel room accommodation, group meals and food stipend for non group meals and ground transportation for all participants in the BMAC Live HBCU Aware Fest Program.
